What is Obecinco Exercise?
This is an accountability fitness program designed to create a healthier brain, an enhanced body, one that is capable of a wide range of movements, and a new self identity through the implementation of small, daily routines (habits). With the guidance of a mentor, someone that will be there to challenge you and help you navigate through tough days, this exercise platform will act as a catalyst of growth, helping you become stronger, not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally. As human beings, we thrive when we commit to doing hard things everyday. The challenging fitness movements presented within this platform will create a healthy stress on the body. By putting our body through intense workouts, our brain changes for the better: new neural connections are built, our mind becomes more clear, and we experience higher levels of relaxation and enjoyment. We monitor three key aspects of lifestyle: mapping out weekly fitness workouts, creating meal plans around simple foods (single ingredient), and implementing an optimal sleep routine. By focusing on these simple daily rituals, the brain begins to experience the gift of clarity, while the body simultaneously starts to feel stronger. Our mission is simple: by focusing on daily movement and working through challenges together as a team, we can create a more resilient version of ourselves and experience life with a new sense of wonder.

How It Works

Assessment

We begin the program with a comprehensive assessment via zoom to see where you currently are within your health journey. Based on your needs, we will develop a blueprint that is simple to follow. Through the implementation of daily habits (exercise, nutrition, sleep), we will shape a new identity that will help achieve your desired health outcomes and adopt lifelong rituals.

Support

You will be provided with a clear roadmap to guide you when it comes to movement, food recommendations, and proper sleep protocol. As a mentor, I will be giving you daily feedback on how to implement and execute the fundamental exercise and nutrition routines, proper course correction where necessary, and encouraging you to become the kind of person that perseveres through tough challenges while mastering the basic activities that lead to better overall wellness.    

Progress Tracking

As we monitor your progress on a daily and weekly basis, we will adjust the plan as needed to ensure that we are optimizing physical and mental effort. With the aim of enhancing mental clarity and gaining confidence through new skill sets, we will adopt creative strategies to execute the simple game plans. By tracking what foods you eat, what time (and manner) you go to bed, and the fitness exercises you are performing several times throughout the week, we can see what is working well for you while also making changes in your daily routines that will be sustainable in the long term.      

Creating a Shift in Identity

Establishing a structured routine can be critical when navigating through uncharted waters. By implementing and executing simple, daily health rituals, this program is designed to give you a set of concrete things to do everyday. Our efforts will be based on the philosophy that challenging the body with daily movement will ultimately lead to the the outcome of better brain health and a stronger body. This clarity of structure and routine will mitigate daily uncertainty, reduce feelings of anxiety, and create a new sense of confidence and resilience to help you navigate the challenges of life.
