    • Description: This 60 day accountability program is designed for those who want to hit the ground running and are ready to implement the exercise, nutrition, and sleep routines from day one. We will be working on initiating the fundamental fitness workouts. You have the autonomy to choose the workouts that fit you best. If you love to swim or enjoy sprinting, for example, both of these are highly encouraged because they are excellent ways to improve brain health, while also performing challenging tasks that you like to do. The program will place a heavy emphasis on isometrics and core training (eg. pushups and pull-ups), ensuring that we have a stable foundation before moving onto higher intensity workouts. This program gives you access to over 50 private exercise tutorials.  The core aspect of the nutrition segment will be moving towards single ingredient foods (eg. fresh fruits and vegetables), while cutting out processed foods and sugary drinks (eg. soda and energy drinks). If after completing the steps of the program you are unsatisfied with the results, we will give you a 100% refund, no questions asked.

Master Fitness Accountability Program

  • Master (200 day program) Price: $1600

    • Description: This 200 day accountability program is made for those who want more time learning the basic fundamentals of proper exercise, nutrition, and sleep routines in order to ensure that the correct habits are set in place where a solid foundation of long term wellness can be built. Because this program is over 14 weeks of accountability, this platform allows you to make several iterations early on to discover the workouts and meal plans that suit you best. The extra time will be beneficial for not only figuring out what fitness plans work well for you, but it allows you the time to improve your overall skillset of performing the daily exercise movements. The program grants you access to over 50 private exercise tutorials. The core aspect of the nutrition segment will be moving towards single ingredient foods (eg. fresh fruits and vegetables), while cutting out processed foods and sugary drinks (eg. soda and energy drinks). If after completing the steps of the program you are unsatisfied with the results, we will give you a 100% refund, no questions asked. 

1 Hour Personal Training Session

  • 1 Hour Personal Training (Single Session; in person, online video, and hybrid options) Price: $100

    • Description: This 1 Hour Session is focused on developing the correct form and technique for various exercises (either in person or online video). With direct teaching and real time feedback, we can learn how to adjust body positions and maintain correct posture and alignment when performing various physical routines. Strength and conditioning, functional movement patterns, high intensity interval training, isometrics, calisthenics, balance work, plyometric training, and core training and proper footwork are a few examples of things we will cover during the training sessions. Client feedback throughout the course is encouraged and deviations to the exercises can be made if the client wish to pursue certain exercises that target a particular region of the body and help move towards the goals of the client. Accountability and coaching can help create clarity and provide  motivation for you. The best part of this process is working together as a team to build a better and healthier version of you.     

10 Personal Training Session Bundle

  • 10 Session Personal Training Bundle ( in person, online video, and hybrid options) Price: $700

    • Description: Get a 30% discount by investing in the 10 pack bundle, where we can gain consistency and track progress on your fitness journey. The focus is on developing the correct form and technique for various exercises (either in person or online video). With direct teaching and real time feedback, we can learn how to adjust body positions and maintain correct posture and alignment when performing various physical routines. Strength and conditioning, functional movement patterns, high intensity interval training, isometrics, calisthenics, balance work, and core training are a  things we will cover during the training sessions.
